Singleton Hospital, Swansea

I graduated with a Bachelor in Children’s Nursing from the University of Glamorgan in 2007 and worked as a NICU/transport nurse shortly after qualifying.  I studied for my Masters in Advanced Clinical Practice in Southampton University in 2013, qualifying with distinction a year later. I had the privilege of working with the NEST transport team in 2017 and have otherwise worked in the NICU in Singleton Hospital in Swansea, for the last 13 years.  I have a keen interest in quality improvement and was shortlisted for a BMJ award last year.  I currently work on the tier 2 Neonatal rota and am actively involved in neonatal transport and QI.

I enjoy cycling and kayaking and have a cat who is cuddle dependant.
