It is not a requirement for you to use the template but please feel free to!

You will not be able to upload your poster until you have registered for the meeting.

If you have not yet registered, please click here to register.

If you have registered for the meeting, you have been emailed your personalised link to upload your poster onto the online conference platform.

Poster Upload

Please upload your e-poster prior to 23rd June 2021. You are also able to upload a short video presentation into the portal, for attendees to view.

Poster Specifications

– PDF document

– 2 pages max

– 5MB size (max)

Video Presentation Upload (optional)

This should be a short video, explaining your poster.

– 90 seconds max

– This video will need to be hosted on a video platform (Vimeo or Youtube) and you will need to upload the URL link into the platform. (not the MP4 file itself)

Please ensure that you have uploaded a copy of your poster no later than Wednesday 23rd June so that we can ensure your poster is displaying correctly.

Your poster will be available to view on the virtual platform, in the poster gallery. The poster gallery is available throughout the conference for attendees to view your work. This is a virtual poster board, and includes your poster, abstract and any supporting documents you would like to make available. This can be found on the right hand side of the event platform. You will see that documents you have uploaded already are available for download. Once you have added your documents, they will be available for attendees to download in the ‘Handout’ section and your poster will be displayed as the main document for attendees to view.

Fisher and Paykel Session

We are pleased to announce the continuation of the Fisher & Paykel Poster competition and would like to thank Fisher & Paykel for their continued support of this important educational feature of REaSoN

The oral presenters from this stream will be presenting on XX.

Prize: £1,000 for the Oral Presentation Winner and £500 for the Poster Presentation Winner.
