Andrei Morgan is a Consultant Neonatologist at Maternité Port Royal, Paris, France.  His work is focussed on the care of extremely preterm babies with a major interest in understanding differences between countries in the organisation of health care and their consequent impact on long-term population health.

Andrei trained in the UK, graduating from Bristol University and training in Paediatrics in London. Following a year working as a neonatologist at Westmead Hospital in Sydney, Australia in 2004, Andrei returned to London to complete an MSc in Epidemiology at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and a PhD in Neonatology / Epidemiology at University College London. He is a member of the Scientific Committee of the Société Française de Néonatologie and has continued to work clinically in both France and the UK.
