Quality Improvement Poster & Oral Presentation Session

Abstracts for this section should describe quality improvement activity or clinical effectiveness research. Abstracts which do not comply with these guidelines will not be considered. Traditional audits are unlikely to be accepted for oral presentation and will require to be of sufficient quality to be accepted for poster presentation.

2 abstracts will be chosen for an oral presentation and up to 30 abstracts will be selected for the poster presentation.

Prizes: One complimentary registration for the REaSoN Neonatal Meeting 2026 for the Lead Oral Presentation Winner and Lead Poster Presentation Winner

The abstract should be created using Arial 11 Font and limited to 450 words.

Please note that once your abstract has been submitted, you are unable to make any edits to your abstract.

Abstracts will be peer-reviewed and accepted for poster and/or oral presentation. Please read the REaSoN Neonatal Meeting 2025 abstract guidelines carefully, before submitting your abstract. Abstracts which do not comply with these guidelines will not be considered.

Early Bird Registration Deadline:

Midnight, Monday 3rd March 2025

After the early bird deadline, prices will increase to the late bird price. However, if your abstract is accepted, you will receive one discounted registration in line with the early bird costs for the presenting author only.

Please note that if you have submitted an abstract and it is successful, you will need to register to attend the REaSoN Neonatal Meeting in-person.
